Services
Top Tier Tinting LLC provides professional window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, and detailing services for automotive, residential, and commercial applications in the Atwater, Merced County, and Central Valley area. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and applicable local regulations.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by phone. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Pricing & Payment
All quotes are estimates and may vary based on the final scope of work. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranties
Window tint film warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions. Top Tier Tinting stands behind the quality of our installation workmanship. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper cleaning, or third-party modifications.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Top Tier Tinting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Merced County, California.
